How to complete your online membership and renewal for 2012/13


Step 1. Enter your personal details


First, you must complete an online membership form with your personal details. It is particularly important that your postal address is correct, as this is where your membership card will be sent to. Also important is your email address. The majority of communication to members is done via email so please make sure that this is correct otherwise you may miss important news.


Step 2. Select the membership you require


Membership runs for the period 1st April to 31st March.


Select one of the three membership fee options (standard, youth or country) and include the optional affiliation fees to UK Athletics which will be completed by the club. You may also include payment for a starter pack of 10 or more club session tokens at this time. Note: Between 1st January and 31st March a fourth ‘earlybird’ (15 month) membership option is available to new members.


Step 3. PayPal


You will be transferred to PayPal to make your payment on their secure server. You do not need to actually have a PayPal account; you can pay securely online just by entering your credit or debit card details.

What happens next?


Once we have received your details and payment your 2012/13 membership card will be sent to you by post. You must bring your membership card to all training sessions, as failure to do so may result in you not being able to participate.
